One of Germany's top chefs, Vincent Klink, and his wife, Elisabeth, are very down-to-earth, cordial hosts. Her floral arrangements add a baroque touch to the otherwise quiet decor, but your vision -- and palate -- will ultimately focus on the artfully presented cuisine. To the extent possible, all products are sourced locally or are homemade. House specialties, such as saddle of lamb with a potato terrine and ratatouille or the gratinéed Breton lobster with basil potato salad, are recommended. The wine list is exemplary.
