Set in an old thatch-roof farmhouse, which doubles as a small hotel, chef and owner Jörg Müller is considered by many to be the island's leading chef, delivering haute cuisine served in a gracious and friendly setting. Of the two restaurants, the Pesel serves local fish dishes, whereas the formal Jörg Müller offers a high-quality blend of international cuisines, where any of the four- to six-course menus are a nice option.
