This centrally located hotel bears Dresden's somewhat presumptuous nickname Elbflorenz, or "Florence on the Elbe." The Italian-designed rooms are bathed in red and yellow tones and are arranged alongside a garden courtyard. There's a fine sauna and relaxation area, and the hotel's restaurant, Quattro Cani della Citta, serves delicious Italian seafood and other specialties.
