Fodor's Review:

This straightforward, comfortable hotel is a great deal for its location. Set just between Marienplatz and Sendlingertor, it is within walking distance of the city center. An extra EUR 13 buys breakfast in the hotel. It's better than many breakfasts you'll get at a restaurant. Pros: central location, moderate price. Cons: public parking garage is 200 meters away, hotel can become noisy with guests.
