St. Katharinen Kirche (St. Katharine's Church)
St. Katharinen Kirche (St. Katharine's Church) Review
Founded in 1250 and completed in 1660, this house of worship was severely damaged during World War II, but has since been carefully reconstructed.
The interior was dotted with plaques honoring different people. Sadly, only two epitaphs remain from the original interior. Currently the church is closed because of major construction work and only tours of the tower are available. The church will open for the public again at Christmas 2011. Construction work will go on until the end of 2012.
