Fodor's Review:
Don't be surprised to see the words I hate people who are not serious about their meals scribbled on the slate, where one would normally find the specials. Artisan chef Thorsten Gillert has adopted this Oscar Wilde quote as his personal credo. This subdued, minimalist restaurant is the perfect place to acquaint yourself with his revolutionary fusion cuisine of international and local culinary favorites.
