Getting Here and Around

The best way to move through the Downtown area is to take the subway, the U-bahn or S-bahn, to Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. From the main railway station, just follow the shopping boulevard, Mönckebergstrasse, which will lead to you to most of the sights and is a good yardstick for orientation.
