Fodor's Review:
Originally used to store salt, these 16th-century cellars by the fast-flowing Alb River now welcome diners who come to enjoy international fare. Flammkuchen, a pizza-like pie from neighboring Alsace, is big on the menu, as are snail dishes. There's also a pleasant terrace for summer dining on the marketplace.
