The lead-pane windows with stained-glass work, flowers, and beautifully upholstered banquettes create a bright setting in the two dining rooms. Proprietor and chef Werner Glässel uses only natural products and spotlights individual ingredients. Popular dishes are perch with ratatouille and oxtail with goose liver. Top off the meal with one of the many varieties of schnapps.
