Fodor's Review:
This hotel, a model of comfort and gracious hospitality, is just outside Calw in Hirsau, near the ruins of the monastery. The Klosterschenke restaurant (¢-$$) serves such regional specialties as Flädelsuppe (containing pieces of a special, very thin pancake) and Schwäbischer Rostbraten (panfried beefsteak topped with sautéed onions).
