Don't let the bland street-front facade of this late 1800s townhouse turn you away—inside, the renovated interior blends stately original attributes with clean, contemporary edges, and natural light spills in from the quiet gardens and terrace that give front-seat views of snow-capped Mount Canigou; though all four rooms are spacious, combining modern style and nice antique details, the upstairs Terrace Suite stands out with its glassed-in Florida room. Sharon and Declan O'Kane are attentive hosts, and their service ethic creates a casual yet cultivated ambience. Breakfast is included.
