L'Hostellerie du Vieux Cordes Review

One of famed chocolatier Yves Thuriès's lovely Cordes hotels, this 13th-century house, built around a spectacular courtyard dotted with tiny tables and shaded by a magnificent 300-year-old wisteria, has stylishly decorated guest rooms and a fine onsite eatery. Guest salons have tone-on-tone color schemes and antique accents. Downstairs, the bistro Tonin'ty has a 19th-century vibe, with delicious menus crafted around salmon and duck by Thuriès.
