Decorated with quirky contemporary statues, this is a surprisingly modern and stylish restaurant. Using only the freshest local ingredients, chef Philippe Bardeau combines textures and flavors to create a colorfully vibrant cuisine. Large windows offer views of the leafy park across the way (and, thankfully, not of the cineplex, which sits just below the restaurant); reserve a seat on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Loire River when the weather is warm. This is an excellent choice for a night out with friends, but the noisy atmosphere doesn't lend itself to a romantic rendez-vous.
