Enjoy the best of traditional Loire Valley haute cuisine with modern flair in an Art Deco setting in the heart of Tours. Flavors can be surprising, such as fresh lobster with truffle sauce and walnut oil, roast beef cooked with green apples and tarragon sauce, or roasted sea bass with rhubarb and shrimp sauce. The setting is not particularly romantic, so a nice lunch (with the great lunch menu deals) is a better bet than the pricier dinner menus.
