An elegant yet laid-back atmosphere defines the hotel and restaurant of this stately 18th-century pavilion in the center of Amboise, where guest rooms may be contemporary classic or 1930s in style and young chef and owner Sébastien Bégouin cooks up fabulously simple and creative cuisine highlighting fish and vegetable dishes. Furnishings tastefully pair luxurious fabrics with timeless antiques and modern retro bathrooms. Meals are served on the terrace in summer.
