This friendly restaurant in an old grocery near the Loire has simple decor but impressively creative cooking. Chef Christophe Cosme was an apprentice with Burgundy's late, legendary Bernard Loiseau, and his inventive dishes range from fish and seafood specialties (try the crayfish-and-parsley flan) to succulent baby pigeon on a bed of cabbage.
