Cadre Noir de Saumur (Riding School) Review

The Cadre Noir de Saumur is unique in Europe, with its 400 horses, extensive stables, five Olympic-size riding schools, and miles of specially laid tracks. Try for a morning tour, which includes a chance to admire the horses in training. The horses put on a full gala display for enthusiastic crowds during special weekends in May, July, and October.

    We took a tour because it was raining and what a pleasant surprise. Even not being horse people we enjoyed it very much.

    The show was great and the horses more beautiful than you can imagine. It is a "world class" facility and it shows.
