In 2013 "Emperor of the Truffle" Bruno Clément opened this truffle palace over three floors of a typical Provençal house just down the street from the church in St-Tropez. Only Bruno could revolutionize a simple oven-baked dish with cream of Tuber brumale (winter truffle), grated Tuber melanosporum (black truffle), and a dash of olive oil to create a meal of startling decadence. Chef Eric Barbes oversees the kitchen, providing scrumptious truffle feasts on two set menus
(€69) and the brumale-melanosporum truffle-combo menu (€115), as well as à la carte options. The wine menu is as fabulous as the truffles; bottles start at €40.
