Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez Review

The new kid on the luxury block opened its doors in the spring of 2013 to reveal a 1960s- and '70s-inspired decor by designer Sybille de Margerie, replete with shimmering fabrics, custom furniture, white lacquer, rattan, and warm Mediterranean tones offset with dashes of flashy color. Three-star Michelin chef Georges Blanc is responsible for the bistro-style Le Suffren Café by Georges, which features seasonal highlights from local markets; for those who want to take in the views, there's a rooftop lounge for sipping Champagne and sampling caviar or "creative sushi." More likely, though, you'll be staring at the open-air suspended rooftop pool—with a clear bottom—that's 49 feet above the atrium. On-site you'll also find a 170-seat cinema, private children's area, a Clarins spa, and business facilities with all the latest high-tech equipment.
