Bistrot de l'École de Nice
Bistrot de l'École de Nice Review
You might walk past this unassuming building, facing a Laundromat, without figuring out it's a place to eat. But the restaurant deserves a double-take. At this art-and-gastronomy fusion, chef Kei collaborates with a Franco-Japanese DJ and artiste devoted to promoting Niçois arts and culture internationally. The result is a relaxed and very affordable bistrot (note that second t) serving two-, three-, and four-course menus. How can you really choose between gnocchi carbonara with black truffles and lobster risotto with pastis?
