La Bastide de St Tropez Review
Clean lines, tasteful decor, elegant colors, a private terrace or garden—and in some cases a Jacuzzi—for each room add to the allure of this luxe hotel. A large pool beckons from a magnificent garden setting, and the service is prompt and discreet. The hotel restaurant (closed Monday and Tuesday lunch in the off season), aptly named L'Olivier, serves divine dishes, like grilled beef with béarnaise sauce and crunchy homemade fries cooked in goose fat, or lobster ravioli with crab consommé, under the terrace's gently swaying olive trees.
