We went to this restaurant on New Year's eve as we wanted a early meal with children. We found the food OK for the main courses. The desserts were poor. The waiter pushed a 'semifredo' on us which was too sweet. The tiramisu was served in a jar, and liquid, very syrupy. The main problem with this restaurant is their attitude to customer service. We were told after sitting down that they didn't serve tap water that evening. Not a big deal, but (a)
it's against the law, and (b) it left a bad aftertaste of the restaurant wanting to grab every penny they could. We had ordered plenty of other drinks and would have been quite prepared to pay extra for new years eve, but it just felt like they were trying to fleece us. In a similar vein, the 'specials' for desserts were much more expensive than those on the menus, but their price wasn't given to us when we ordered.
