Quiet, air-conditioned guest rooms have quality furnishings, luxe linens, and sleek, modern bathrooms; most have a private terrace. In the cheerfully elegant dining room, the chefs offer French classics and recipes brought back from their many travels, like Asian duck salad made with local ingredients and paired with wines from small producers.
