The name is Basque for "skiff" or "small boat," and you feel like you're in one when you are this close to the bay—yachts and fishing vessels go about their business just a few yards away. The mixed seafood platter here is legendary, and daily nonstop service from noon to midnight makes it a hard meal to miss.
