In the medieval part of town, this turreted 16th-century former bishop's palace has just four small rooms done with rustic charm—expect delicate fabrics, exposed beams, and wooden bedsteads. The surroundings and the warm welcome have garnered a loyal following among travelers who prefer character over modern luxury.

Booked 3 nights and ended up staying only 2 because I couldn't stand showering in the dirty bathroom. Mould and soap scum with a drain that didn't drain properly and so ended up standing in a pool of water and shampoo up to my ankles. Also, hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived so obviouly it wasn't ours. The room was also very very small. The house and location are great and there is a great view from the terrace at breakfast but if you are
a stickler about bathroom cleanliness like me, then go somewhere else. Maybe it was just our room (the cheapest at 70 Euros) with the crappy bathroom, I don't know.
