Claude and Dana Douard were happy to collaborate with some of the greatest chefs of our time before getting away from the big city lights to open this bistro-wine bar hotspot in the center of St-Rémy. The wine selection is magnificent, and so is the simple food based on top-notch local ingredients. Try the braised veal in wild-lemon sauce served on fresh tagliatelle pasta, or the made-to-order beef tartare.
