Le Cilantro
Le Cilantro Review
With so many typical and rather ho-hum Provençal menus around, it's refreshing to find the modern, innovative cooking dished up by star chef Jerome Laurent, who has brought Arles gastronomy into the 21st century with this Michelin-starred gem. Menus, changing with the seasons, include the catch of the day with white asparagus in Bellota bacon and rack of lamb roasted with black garlic nougat. Reserve in advance and save room for dessert.
