La Rotonde Review

Trendy, young, and cool, this hotter-than-hot spot is the place to hit before heading out for a night on the town. The trappings are Baroque, the service is fun, and the food is very good. Chef Cedric Bonamy comes up with easy-to-eat, fresh, and inexpensive cuisine while the house DJ plays soft Buddha Bar-style music in the background—a combination that is a sure recipe for a convivial evening. Try the veal and mushroom cannelloni, or the risotto with giant shrimps and saffron. And don't forget the moist almond cake fiancier with chocolate sauce and pistachio ice cream—it is exactly the right way to finish off the meal.
