Fodor's Review:

For years now, this restaurant has led the pack of soigné and refined cuisine moderne spots in Aix. Now, with chef Bruno Ungaro at the helm, elegance triumphs yet so does utter, utter deliciousness. You may have to go way back in your memory-book to remember such memorably raffinée and scrumptious creations: Portobello mushrooms are given a newer-than-now nouvelle spin, salmon is a dazzling fusion of Provence and Asia, and desserts are pretty-as-a-picture.
