Fodor's Review:
Delightfully eclectic and much sought-after, this buzzing and atmospheric restaurant specializes in meat. Maxime himself carves up great hunks of beef and lamb, slapping it on to a large charcoal grill and serving it out in big hungry-man portions. Ignore the rather lackluster vegetables—you're not here for fancy fixin's—what interests you is the most succulent, mouthwateringly good steak in Aix.
