In the sleepy little village of Les Goudes, 20 minutes outside of the center of Marseille, this seaside dining room and terrace has become a village landmark. The catch of the day couldn't be much fresher, and former fisherman and fishmonger Serge Zarokian brings years of experience to a hearty, earthy bouillabaisse (order in advance) or delicately sautéed baby squid. It's very popular, especially for Sunday lunch, so book ahead.
