Musée d'Art Contemporain (Contemporary Art Museum) Review
Musée d'Art Contemporain is inside the Carré d'Art, along with a vast library and media center, le Bibliotheque Carré d'Art. The gallery is in an atrium filled with glass staircases and houses art from 1960 onward by artists such as Yves Arman, Martial Raysse, and Bertrand Lavier, as well as temporary exhibitions. The chic café on the top floor serves good coffee and has great views—stop here before heading off to the public library section, which has a fine collection of old manuscripts.
