Beautiful terrace, amazing view, delicious local fare—this is probably enough, but add a warm welcome and attentive service and you've got Le 9 Restaurant's winning formula. Everything on the small and meat-centric menu is prepared with care, starting with the excellent fromage de Banon, a local small-production cheese, served with smoked lamb, followed by local venison with cranberries, or whole-roasted sea trout. For dessert, a plum tart is just the thing. A wine list of local standouts is icing on the cake.
