Les Salons du Palais-Royal Shiseido douses its old-new pharmacie decor in shades of lilac—Aubrey Beardsley would surely feel at home here. Every year Shiseido's creative genius, Serge Lutens, dreams up two new scents, which are then sold exclusively in this boutique. Each is compellingly original, from the strong somptueux scents, often with musk and amber notes, to intense florals (Rose de Nuit).
