Fodor's Review:
Lots of folks book the tiny Regyn's for the out-of-Amélie Place des Abbesses location; they're also pleased to find bright, warm colors and rooms with modern bathrooms, hair dryers, radios, and Wi-Fi. Ask to stay on one of the two top floors for great views of either the Eiffel Tower or Sacré-Coeur. Overall, courteous service and a relaxed charm make this an attractive low-budget choice. Pros: métro station right outside; great views over Paris, new mattresses. Cons: no air-conditioning; some street noise; tiny elevator.
