Fodor's Review:

This hotel near the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower blends old-style French elegance (period antiques, Napoleonic draperies, classical plaster busts) with modern conveniences (DVDs, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi). Wall paintings of genies and dressed-up monkeys add a fanciful dash. Beds are large—either kings or queens—and have hypoallergenic bedding and mattresses. Marble bathrooms have whirlpool tubs. Pros: hillside views over the Eiffel Tower; upscale residential district. Cons: not an easy walk to the center of town; some rooms are rather small and cramped; room service doesn't always speak English.
