Wicker furniture and sunny colors warm up this small, simple hotel on a quiet side street between Place d'Italie and the Latin Quarter, not far from the market street Mouffetard. Some rooms overlook a small flower-filled garden, as does the lounge-breakfast room. Jamaican expat Jennifer Poirier runs the Résidence with her French husband, Philippe. Their wholehearted welcome is a big part of this hotel's draw.
