Completely redesigned in 2009, the sleek minimalist lines are punctuated by bright shots of color and vintage clocks—"cadran " means clock. Rooms have flat-screen TVs and large beds with fluffy duvet comforters. The Cadran, however, may be best known for its Christophe Roussel chocolate bar, which serves colorful macarons and chocolates throughout the day.
