Fodor's Review:
Ice Kube proves that you don't have to be "hot" to be popular. This distinctive theme bar on a Montmartre cul-de-sac ain't cheap -- it's 38 euros for a "session degustation" (i.e., entrance fee and free vodkas; this is the only option) -- but the fur banquettes, transparent seats dangling from the ceiling, glasses carved from ice, and subzero vodka chamber do make for quite the "chill-out" experience.
