Fodor's Review:
Chao Ba is a perhaps unexpectedly classy lounge in the midst of Pigalle. The glamorous evocation of colonial French Indochina (not unlike the Bastille's China Club) has exotic drinks, two levels (with comfy bamboo chairs), a mellow atmosphere, and a sleek bar powered by an eccentrically complex liquor delivery system that is better witnessed than described.
