Fodor's Review:
Café Ruc is another sumptuous pro duction by Monsieur Costes (perhaps you've heard of his hotel? Or his Café Marly just across the bustling rue de Rivioli at the Louvre?). Many find the Ruc less crazed than the Marly, though they're equally touristy.
