Fodor's Review:
Yohji Yamamoto brings all three women's lines together for the first time under one roof: couture; Y's ready-to-wear; and Y-3 sportswear. A master of the drape, fold, and twist, Yamamoto favors predominantly black clothes that manage to be both functional and edgy. Pleats, florals, and brilliant colors now punctuate each collection. Menswear, adored by gallerists and hip-hop stars, is nearby at 47 rue Etienne Marcel.
