If your arm aches from flagging down café waiters, take a break in this bright, friendly, self-service spot near the Louvre that specializes in produce from the Ile-de-France region (around Paris). Inventive salads, sandwiches, and pastas are fresh and delicious, and for sweets there are wholesome fruit crumbles, tarts, and cheesecakes. Scones and freshly squeezed juices are served for breakfast every day, but brunch on Sunday, from 11 AM to 4 PM. There's free Wi-Fi in the spacious, barnlike dining room.

I have to be careful not to go to La Ferme too often--I need to widen out my dining experience. That being said, the food is simple yet tasty, the juices are extremely good, the ambiance great. It's clean, it's fresh, it's got free Wi-Fi (unlike that money pit, Starbucks.) You'll feel good about eating organic, and you'll feel good eating it too.
