Fodor's Review:
Balenciaga is now in the hands of Nicolas Ghesquière -- guess what inspired him when he designed this boutique? Notice the tile, the wavy line of the store, that slice of turquoise blue, the aloe plants. The clothes are interesting, sometimes beautiful, as Ghesquière plays with volume (bubbling skirts, superskinny pants) and references (robot, futuristic). The accessories and menswear are often more approachable, like the perfectly tooled leather bags and narrow suits. (You got it, a swimming pool.)
