$$$$, Montmartre
Fodor's Review:
The hulking Terrass, known for its views over Paris, dwarfs its rather humble Montmartre neighbors, including the adjacent cemetery. There's a mix of French-country color schemes in the guest rooms. Pricier rooms have two sinks, a shower, and standard or whirlpool tubs, and six rooms have their own steam rooms. The most popular accommodations are on the upper floors, such as junior suite No. 802, with its big wood-deck balcony facing the Tour Eiffel; reserve these well in advance. The rather pricey seventh-floor restaurant has an outdoor panoramic terrace.
