This science museum and planetarium behind the Grand Palais has a wide variety of exhibits on subjects from electricity to climate change to nuclear physics. Built for the 1937 World's Fair, the museum bills itself as the first interactive museum. There's also a planetarium with several shows daily. Kids will love the dynamic rotating exhibits, such as an Arctic exploration unfolding on 160 video screens, but there is plenty aimed at adults. Unfortunately, nearly all of the information is in French, as are the frequent workshops on topics like the science of DNA.
