Hôtel Costes draws the big names, and not just during the couture show weeks. Mere mortal visitors to this red-velvet Jacques Garcia-designed hive should steel themselves for a cool welcome and sky-high prices, but it's an essential spot for sophisticates, both Parisian- and non.
