Fodor's Review

Inspired by Chinese cooking, many of the dishes here rely on brilliant flavor combinations and very precise cooking, like the roasted Challans duck (a cross between wild and domestic) with Sichuan-style eggplant; two elements that create magic together. There's also a tea sommelier, who introduces diners to earthy or grassy flavors that complement the food (Yam'Tcha means "to eat small steamed dishes while sipping tea"), though alcohol is also available. Menus are prix fixe only (€120 at lunch and dinner), but the €60 "discovery" lunch menu is a nice introduction.
