Fodor's Review:
Pardon the pun, but we think Kong is "King." This ship-shape Asian-restaurant-cum-bar is glorious not only for its panoramic skyline views, but for its exquisite manga-inspired decor (dig that glowing-light-and-roses bar), the top-shelf DJs for weekend dancing, and its kooky, disco-ball-and-kid-sumo adorned bathrooms. Featured as a chic eatery in "Sex And The City," need we say more?
