Black Calvados, known as "BC" or "BC 40" to its young regulars, is a small, mirrored, impossibly chic bar with dancing -- just the place to bring the person you want to impress. Ring the buzzer out front for the doorperson to assess your human worth. Once you're inside (let's think positive, okay?), order your date the "Alcoholic Milkshake à la Fraise," which is not the name of a new singing group but a popular BC cocktail.
